Three Tablets Privacy Policy
I. Introduction
This privacy policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the Products, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This privacy policy is part of the Terms of Use. Please review this privacy policy together with the Terms of Use, to understand all of your rights and obligations, and how we operate our Products. By accessing or using our Products you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, so please read it carefully.
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Products after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the privacy policy periodically for updates.
II. Children under the Age of Sixteen (16)
Our Products are not intended for children under 16 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 years of age without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
III. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
As you use the Products we may collect many types of information from or about you (some of which is considered “personal information”), including (collectively, your “information”). This information falls into three sometimes overlapping categories: information that you provide while using the service (“submitted information”), information collected by the system during normal use of the system (“device information”) and information used during the application execution but not explicitly submitted (“application information”). Not all personal information we collect is used by us, see “How We Use Your Information”.
Submitted information includes information in your profile such as your name, email address, avatar, or other identifiers, or information you submit during normal use of the system, such as the information in posts, chats, comments, messages, group conversations, favorites, reactions, or other material that you voluntarily transmit to us.
Device information is information that is transmitted between your devices and our servers during the normal course of operation, usually without our requesting it. This information includes your IP address, browser or other client identifier, Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”), Android/Google Advertising ID, International Mobile Equipment Identity (“IMEI”), or another unique identifier; your device characteristics and functionality (including information about your operating system, hardware, mobile network, browser, browser language, etc.); referring and exit website information; your browsing history; geolocation information (such as your device’s location); and information about your internet connection and internet provider.
Application information is information that is collected as part of an application execution on our servers. For example, when running a chat application, the servers will know what chat rooms you’re in and who else is in those same rooms. To provide service, occasionally one or more applications may gather or place application tracking information on your device, such as Cookies (browser or mobile cookies) or Embedded Scripts in order to store or access this information. We may also correlate this information with other information collected such as log files or analytics.
Privacy
As Babka provides interactive services such as microblogging and chat, information that you send voluntarily to others is at your own risk. We provide privacy settings for your posts and chats, but no security mechanism is perfect and no system is completely impenetrable. We do not guarantee that information such as your posts and chats will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
IV. How We Use Your Information
We do not accept money from anyone in exchange for your information, nor do we share it with any third parties except our service providers who help us make our Products available to you.
We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information to present our Products and its contents to you, and enforce our right under the Terms; to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us and Product related notices; to develop and enhance our Products and services; for any other purpose you dictate or as needed for our business; and in any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
V. Do Not Track
At this time, given the lack of standards in the industry, our Products may not respond to your browser’s “do not track” settings.
VI. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy to our subsidiaries and affiliates; to our service providers; to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Company’s assets or stock, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding; to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; with your consent; to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request; to enforce or apply the Terms, including this privacy policy, and any other agreements between us; and if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others (this includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection).
